Upgrades, Refunds and Privacy Policy

  • Upgrades:
    All OPDEC tools purchased on or after September 1, 2015 are subject to a free 2016 upgrade. Please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. us for details. All purchased upgrades will require a previous version serial number for activation.
  • Refunds:
    All software available for sale by OPDEC can first be installed and used as a fully working trial copy. This allows our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products prior to purchase. In the event of an "accidental" purchase, OPDEC accomplishes the refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer's card or account at the card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate card or account at the card issuing bank of customer. It is the customer's responsibility to notify OPDEC, Inc. within 15 days of any "accidental" purchase to request a refund.
  • Privacy Policy:
    Information submitted by a buyer will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
