The OPDEC Team has extensive experience and success in creating, updating, and organizing formal EVMS control documentation such as development of system descriptions and program directives. On-site implementation and configuration of IPM Software
Our implementation begins with a Program Planning & Controls (PP&C) gap analysis, which enables us to tailor our implementation to client-specific needs. Our extensive EVM on-site implementation support trains clients to use our IPM product from establishing the program baseline to taking it through to the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and beyond.

If needed, OPDEC consultants can temporarily augment program staff or can provide additional training to introduce best practices that ensure a successful implementation. With only a single software platform to implement, maintain, and train, the issues and time related to having to deal with multiple software packages are eliminated.
