New Software: OPDEC’s Schedule Assistant

January 2026 – OPDEC is excited to announce the release of our Microsoft Project add-in tool, Schedule Assistant! This software combines Microsoft Project navigation, efficiency, compliance, analysis, and reporting tools in a single add-in. It was built by Project power-users to help extract the most use from it: build schedules, input status updates, analyze schedule health, enforce compliance, and deliver insightful reports to bring expertise with a click to your team.     • Instantly traverse predecessor/successor links, expose driving logic, and zero in on impacts without manual scrolling!
    • Use the Back/Forward buttons to jump between previously visited tasks and follow entire task networks from origin to finish.

    • One-click DCMA 14‑Point, DECM, and many more health checks with live filtering and exemptions.
